Most businesses share the same social media story: an account opened with enthusiasm, daily posts for the first month, then months of silence. When a customer lands on your profile and sees the last post is from last year, they wonder whether you are still open. Our job is to set up that routine for you and keep it going.
What is included?
- A monthly content calendar (sent for your approval before anything goes out)
- Post, carousel and story designs
- Reels and short video editing
- Captions and hashtag work
- Scheduling and publishing
- Monthly report: reach, followers, profile visits and messages
Where does the content come from?
An account full of stock photos convinces no one. So wherever possible we show your product, your premises and your team. We visit your business at regular intervals for photo and video shoots and get weeks of content out of a single session.
Advertising is a separate job
Regular posting keeps the account alive, but reaching new customers usually takes ads. Taken together with Instagram and Facebook ad management, content and advertising follow the same plan.
How does the process work?
- Getting to know you and reviewing the accounts: We look at your business, your customers and your existing accounts. We also check what your competitors are posting.
- Setting the voice and look: We agree how the account will speak and which colours and typefaces it will use. If you have a corporate identity, we stick to it.
- Monthly plan: We prepare the content calendar for the coming month and send it for your approval. Nothing you have not approved is published.
- Production: Shooting, design, video editing and copywriting.
- Publishing and reporting: Posts go out on the planned day and time. At the end of the month we go through the report together and discuss what worked and what did not.
What do we need from you?
Social media management does not mean handing the job over entirely. You know best what is happening inside the business. So we ask three things of you:
- Tell us in advance about new products, campaigns and price changes
- Approve the content calendar on time
- Have the premises and products ready on shoot days
When these run smoothly, the account keeps going without taking up your time.
Who is it for?
Any business whose customers spend time on Instagram: restaurants, cafés, beauty salons, boutiques, furniture shops, clinics, estate agents, schools and training centres. If customers look at your profile before they call, a well-kept account is your shop window. If your customers are on Google search rather than social media, however, it may make more sense to spend the budget there first. We say so openly at the first meeting.
Social media with regular shoots on the European side
We visit restaurants, salons, shops and workshops in Gaziosmanpaşa, Eyüpsultan, Sultangazi, Bayrampaşa and Esenler for regular shoots; the short distance lets us plan a shoot day monthly or fortnightly. See our service area.
Frequently asked questions about social media management
What determines the price of social media management?
The number of posts per month, how many platforms are managed, the need for video and photo shoots, and whether ad management is included. A few designed posts a week is not the same amount of work as a package with regular shoots and reels. After listening to what you need we send a written, itemised quote, free of charge.
Do I have to hand over my Instagram password, and who owns the account?
The account is always yours. Wherever possible we prefer that you grant us access through Meta's business tools rather than share a password. When the work ends you remove the access; the account, the followers and all the content stay with you.
How quickly will my follower count grow?
The honest answer is that nobody can guarantee it. Regular, good content grows an account, but the pace depends on the sector, the content and the advertising budget. An account padded with bought followers brings nobody any customers, so we do not go down that road. If you want to reach new people faster, we looked at the Google versus Instagram question in this article.
Do you work with businesses outside Istanbul?
Yes, because planning, design, editing and publishing can all be done remotely. Location matters for work that needs an on-site shoot. Our office is in Gaziosmanpaşa, so visiting businesses within Istanbul for a shoot is easier. For other cities we discuss how to handle shooting at the quote stage.
