Delivery

How does the process work?
- List of needs: We work out which documents you really use. Not every business needs envelopes or presentation folders; do not have something designed that you will not use.
- Ground rules: Starting from your logo, we set the colours, the typefaces and how the logo is to be used.
- First designs: We usually start with the business card and letterhead. Once these two are approved, the other items follow quickly in the same style.
- Other items: The proposal template, catalogue, email signature and social media templates are prepared.
- Print check and delivery: Files going to print are prepared to the printer's specifications, and all files are delivered in a tidy folder.

Seeing a proof before the full print run avoids surprises.

What determines the price of corporate identity design?
The main factor is how many items are prepared. There is a big difference between a business card and letterhead alone and a job that includes a catalogue, a presentation and social media templates. The number of pages in the catalogue, whether printing is included and the print quantity also count. We draw up your list together and give a written, itemised quote, free of charge.
I already have a logo. Can I have just a business card and letterhead designed?
Yes. If you have the vector file of your logo, we start straight away. If all you have is a small image, the logo needs to be redrawn first. If the logo no longer reflects your business, handling it together with logo design gives a more consistent result.
Can I edit the templates myself later?
Yes, that is the whole point. The proposal, letterhead and presentation templates are prepared in a form you can fill in. When a new employee joins, you only need to type their name into the business card and email signature. Alongside the printed card, a digital business card shared by phone can be prepared in the same design.
Do you handle printing, and do you deliver outside Istanbul?
If you wish, we follow the printing process for you; if you prefer, you take the files to your own printer. For jobs where we handle printing, the paper type, quantity and delivery method are written in the quote. Since the design side can be run entirely remotely, the city you are in is no obstacle.
