Google Ads Management

Ads shown at the moment someone searches for your service, with a measured budget and outcome.

The beauty of Google advertising is that your ad appears to someone searching for your service at that very moment. The downside is that a badly set-up account can burn through a budget in days. Showing for irrelevant searches, advertising in the wrong region and not measuring conversions are the mistakes we see most.

What do we do?

  • Opening the Google Ads account and billing setup (the account is in your name)
  • Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube campaign setup
  • Keyword selection and a negative keyword list
  • Ad copy and visuals
  • Conversion tracking for calls, forms and WhatsApp clicks
  • Weekly optimisation and a clear monthly report

How is the budget set?

You set the ad budget and pay it directly to Google; we charge a separate, fixed fee for management. Starting small and increasing as you see which keywords bring customers is the healthiest way.

The page behind the ad matters

Even the best ad wastes money if it leads to a poor page. Where needed we build a dedicated landing page for the campaign and handle the Analytics setup for measurement.

How does Google Ads management work?

  1. Goal and area: What do you sell, which districts or cities do you serve, and what is a customer worth to you? The campaign is built around that.
  2. Account and measurement: The ad account is opened and conversion tracking is set up. We do not start ads without measurement in place.
  3. Campaign setup: Keywords, negative keywords, ad copy and the page the ad leads to are prepared.
  4. Launch and the first weeks: Ads go live once Google approves them. The first weeks are a data-gathering period.
  5. Optimisation: Keywords that bring no customers are switched off and the budget moves to those that do.
  6. Report: Each month a plain report shows what was spent and how many calls and forms came in.

Who is Google advertising for?

It suits businesses whose customers search Google at the moment of need: locksmiths, movers, plumbers, car services, dental clinics, lawyers, courses. The same goes for online stores that want to reach buyers searching for a specific product. For products people do not search for but buy when they see them, Instagram ads may perform better. We explain the difference in our article Google Ads or Instagram ads.

What should you watch out for?

  • The account should be yours. If the ad account belongs to the agency, the accumulated data goes with it when you leave.
  • Do not advertise without conversion tracking. A budget cannot be managed without knowing which keyword makes the phone ring.
  • Do not look only at clicks. What matters is how many people call or write.
  • Do not judge in the first few days. The system needs time to learn.

Location targeting in Google Ads

Advertising to all of Istanbul wastes budget for most local businesses. Targeting only the districts you really serve, such as Gaziosmanpaşa, Eyüpsultan, Sultangazi, Bayrampaşa, Esenler and Küçükköy, brings more calls for the same spend. See our service area.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads

How much budget should I set aside for Google ads?

There is no single right figure. Cost per click varies with the sector, the area targeted and competitors' bids. Advertising across the whole of İstanbul does not need the same budget as advertising only in and around Gaziosmanpaşa. In our meeting we suggest a realistic starting range for your sector. Our written quote, which shows the ad budget and the management fee separately, is free.

When do the ads start to bring results?

Ads go live after Google's approval, usually quickly, and the first calls begin to come in. It takes a few weeks for the campaign to settle and for costs to even out. Adjustments are made from the data gathered in that period.

Can competitors click my ad and use up my budget?

Google uses its own filters to detect invalid clicks and does not charge for those it detects. We also watch the account for unusual activity and report it to Google when necessary. It cannot be eliminated entirely, but for most businesses it is not as big a problem as people assume.

What happens if I stop the ads?

The ads disappear and the calls they bring stop. Your account and its history remain, and you can restart whenever you wish. So that you do not depend on advertising alone, we suggest running SEO work alongside it for the long term.

Frequently asked

How long does a website take?

It depends on the scope. A one-page site goes live within days and a corporate site usually within a few weeks. E-commerce and custom software projects take longer. You get a firm delivery date in writing with the quote.

How are prices set?

The number of pages, whether the design is custom, the functions required (payments, bookings, multiple languages and so on) and who prepares the content. After hearing what you need we send an itemised quote, and the quote is free.

Can I update the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Every site is delivered with an admin panel. You can change text, photos, products and prices without needing anyone. At handover we also show you how to use it.

Will my site show up on Google?

All our sites ship with the SEO foundation in place and Search Console and Analytics set up, so your site is submitted to and crawled by Google. Reaching the top for competitive keywords takes ongoing SEO work. Nobody can guarantee first place; be wary of anyone who does.

Do you also provide the domain and hosting?

Yes, we provide domain registration, hosting, SSL and business email. The domain is registered in your name. If you already have a domain or hosting we can use it or migrate it to us.

Tell us about your business and we will map out the right route together.
