Your product is ready and you need somewhere to sell it. Marketplaces are a fair start, but they take commission and the customer belongs to them, not to you. Your own online store is the permanent home of your brand. We hand it over in a state where you can take your first order.
What is included?
- A store design made for your brand, with an easy checkout on mobile
- Card payments via a payment gateway, plus bank transfer and cash on delivery
- Shipping carrier integration and an order tracking screen
- Stock, variants (size, colour), campaigns and coupons
- Product and stock sync with marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada
- SEO on product pages, Google Merchant and Meta catalogue connection
- Distance selling, privacy and returns texts placed where they belong
Ready-made platform or custom build?
We do not recommend the same solution to everyone. With a small catalogue, launching quickly on a ready-made platform can make sense. If you need a dealer system, special pricing or an unusual order flow, custom software is the better fit. We discuss the pros and cons of both openly in the first meeting.
After the store opens
Opening the store is half the job. We shoot your products in the studio and manage your Google and Instagram ads. If you like, we can plan all of it as a single package.
How does setting up an online store work?
- Meeting: We talk about what you sell, how many products you have and how you pack and ship orders.
- Platform decision and quote: Ready-made platform or custom build, we decide together. Scope and timing go into a written quote.
- Design: We send the home page, category page and product page designs for your approval.
- Setup and integrations: Payment, shipping and any marketplace connections are put in place.
- Product entry: The first products are loaded and the category and filter structure is settled.
- Test order: We run the whole flow, from payment to shipping, with a real order.
- Launch and training: We show you the order, stock and campaign screens.
What should you have ready before starting?
- Company and tax registration: Banks and payment providers ask for this before giving you a payment gateway. Talk to your accountant about which company type suits you.
- A shipping agreement: You need to be able to tell customers the delivery cost and time up front.
- Product details: Name, description, price, stock and any size and colour options. A tidy spreadsheet speeds things up a great deal.
- Product photos: Customers cannot touch the product. They look at the photo.
- Your returns and exchange terms: The legal texts are prepared around them.
We can still start if not all of this is ready. We fill the gaps together along the way.
Setting up an online store in Istanbul
Many of our e-commerce clients are textile, footwear and wholesale businesses in Gaziosmanpaşa, Bayrampaşa and Esenler who want to sell both on marketplaces and on their own site. We plan the warehouse and shipping flow on site and arrange the product shoot during the same visit. For projects elsewhere in Türkiye, products arrive by courier and meetings run on video. Frequently asked questions about e-commerce websites
What does the price of an e-commerce website depend on?
The platform chosen, the number of products, the scope of the design, marketplace and accounting integrations, and who enters the products. After listening to what you need we send a written, itemised quote. The quote is free. Recurring monthly or yearly items, such as platform fees and hosting, are shown in the same quote.
How long does it take to open an online store?
It depends on the number of products, the integrations and whether the content is ready. A small catalogue on a ready-made platform opens much sooner; projects with custom software and marketplace integration take weeks. We give the timing in writing with the quote. Approval of the payment gateway application is in the bank's hands, so we suggest applying early.
Can I add products and change prices myself?
Yes. Adding products, updating prices and stock and setting up campaigns and coupons are all done from the panel. We show you each of these screens at handover.
I already sell on Trendyol. Do I need my own site as well?
You can stay on the marketplace; the two are not alternatives. On your own site you pay no commission, the customer data stays with you, and you are the one who appears when someone searches for your brand. Because stock is synchronised, you do not have to update both sides separately. Our article on ready-made versus custom e-commerce helps with the platform choice. After launch we also offer SEO work so that your product pages are found on Google.
